Freckles Option

I love the Freya skin but like to add freckles to it. It would be great if your skins had a freckles option. If this is not possible then it would be nice to be able to use Omega appliers. As it is set up now your UV map only allows the area around the eyes and mouth to be textured. It is not possible to add freckles to the forehead or lower cheeks on the face. Can this be changed so that you can texture the entire face?
