Store seems to be abandoned since too many days

Anyone knows why there is no customers support? Some applier panels are stuck. No staff, no officiers, no one reply from "http://www.laqroki.com/" even if it says... "Your form has been sent! Your E-Mail should be answered within 24h". Anyone knows what's happening??? Thanks.
